the property management informed me that my house is being foreclosed but the owners are hiding something, its obvious. i was told to stop paying rent from the property management but the owners are still requesting rent. how do i find out for sure whats going on?
I have bad credit with a foreclosure and bankruptcy. In the past my husband and I paid a company almost $1,500 to help us avoid foreclosure but they never accomplished anything. I would like to get some guidance on the best way to improve our credit.
Has anyone thats in the industry ever found a home going into foreclosure that has been dramatically paid down however the owner could no longer pay for it? The reason I ask is I saw on a few websites properties that the only thing owed on them was 80,000-100,000. The market values of the house from its area was over 300,000. Could you offer these people the amount to pay off the loan and a little extra to help them out, and to avoid foreclosure? In turn re-selling the home below market value for quick sales? Any input would be greatly appriciated. Thank you in advance.

This package will leave me virtually no monies to pay any of my other outstanding debts which include my car payment – a car I need desperately in order to get to and from work – a drive of 20 miles each way. It also leaves me with little to eat on or maintain the daily expenses that life brings such as electric & gas bills. Am I better off just accepting the foreclosure and getting out of the house. And if so, what will this do to me in regards to getting any credit in the future.

Last year my house was on foreclosure list but i talked to the mortgage company and they put me on a six month forebearance agreement and told me I had 6 months to pay them there $3,000.00 so is there any loan i may get and my house is worth $80,000.00 even through I still have this foreclosure on my credit

I was forced to work part-time because of a tick bite and I was striken with Lyme dieaease. I didn’t think a small insect could do some much harm. Any way, my husband works 24/7, but that is not enough and now we might loose our home. We tried to talk with our mortage co., and we even tried for a hardship loan which was suggested by our own company. They told us NOT to pay our payments for a couple of months and that way it would look even better for the hard ship loan. Then they turned us down and now we are 4 months behind. Little did we know that, I guess some mortage co. will do that so you get behind and loose your house to them. That’s awful!! Anyway, if any one knows of someone that could help either stop the foreclosure (with no money down) or of another way to save our home I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
You should first try to work out something with your current mortgage company. See if they won’t refinance your loan and add the 5 months to the end. Before things get any worse, you could consider selling now. But you’re close now to the foreclosure notice. Best to contact your loan company tomorrow and try to work this out.
