The best location to purchase them, believe it or not, is not prior to the auction, or in the public sale – it is after the home has already been sold. Here’s how to buy back taxes houses on the market for $200, without ever attending the public sale or bidding on property.
I am not going to say that the position industry and housing marketplace is great in Vancouver Washington. It is nonetheless slow. While it may possibly seem that items aren’t as poor as the statistics say all you must do is look around neighborhoods and talk to people.

My exhusband and I went through the process of a short sell on our house to avoid foreclosure. Does this look the same on my credit report?

My home is trying to go for a short sale to avoid foreclosure. I’m going into foreclosure because I don’t have any money. If the short sale goes through and there is a winning bid, who ends up paying for the closing cost and the Realtors?

A friend of mine stopped paying for their home that is upside down. Now it’s in foreclosure and they received notice of auction date. Do they still have a chance to negotiate with the bank to sell property on short sale? Please advise.

My friend was approached with a Sale Leaseback opportunity. She is promised a certain amount of money over time. She will act as the investor in the situation.
Does anyone know if this is a scam or risk to the investor?
The agent set up the buy of the house on a foreclosure. She takes out the loan, at the end of the lease, the agent gives her money made off of the people who signed the house over to her to avoid foreclosure.

I am considering a short sale on my home in order to avoid foreclosure, but before I proceed, I would like to know how it will affect my credit. Will it be as bad as a foreclosure? How long will it be before a bank will consider loaning me the money to buy another home?

If I file bankruptcy, will it stop the foreclosure? We have been trying to sell the house since Jan. We have sent in two short sale offers and both were denied. The house is now in the foreclosure status and I am afraid we are running out of time. Also, if I file bankruptcy, will it affect my ex if he is still on the deed? If so…can he file a quick claim to release his name from it? Will the bankruptcy completely stop the foreclosure…or will it continue with my ex? Is there even an option where I can let the house go, have a clean slate and continue to start over once I file bankruptcy. Will they still go after my ex or just take the house?

If first and second mortgage holders accept a short sale and it falls short of the amount owed can they still seek a judgement even though they choose to accept the offer, especially if the property is worth enough to pay off both loans in full?
