There are several options you can pursue when you are behind on your mortgage and you want to stay in the house. Don’t give up because there are some potential alternate choices to losing your house to foreclosure including Bradenton or Sarasota short sales.

Reinstatement: If the reason you have missed your payments was temporary and you’re now in a position to resume paying your mortgage, you could be able to reinstate your mortgage. the property management informed me that my house is being foreclosed but the owners are hiding something, its obvious. i was told to stop paying rent from the property management but the owners are still requesting rent. how do i find out for sure whats going on?
