The fact is that when I go through these statistics, a lot of people get annoyed. I get annoyed because the lenders could be doing more about the predicament that we are in. A lot of this could be fixed if banks would do principle reductions, but that will never take place. We actually had our first customer in six months qualify for the HAFA program. HAFA has approximately a two percent success rate, so the gov’t is not in fact helping any house owners.

I am in Denver, CO I need to stall the sale of my property, I have put money in to sell it, many prospects. I just need to buy a little time. The chapter 7 has been filed the Judge granted the Banks motion to release the propert, I never received notice of the motion, what can I do?
