Right now we would like to talk about Bank of America as it pertains to short sales. Possibly you’ve got had a nasty experience with them. Our business group has closed hundreds of short sales over the last 3 and a half years. We are one of the principal short sale teams in :k1:. As always, our approach is to educate our customers, providing them with the information that they would like about short sales and what to do with their home so they can make an educated choice.

This week has been about the customers. We want you to create results for your clients. So, if you missed the last three days of episodes, stop here and check out the other episodes from this week.

Now we would like to leap in and show you what this procedure looks like for a purchaser. It is critical to us that we have a gathering with the buyer before we ever let somebody see a residence. Please recognize, we want you to obtain control for the buyer’s benefit. This is about advocating for our consumers. Doing a business meeting in the vehicle on the journey to look at a house is kind of second rate. You are in effect telling them that they are not important enough to sit down with you prior to looking at a home.

This week has been customer support week. We have been talking about the importance of working on behalf of your client and doing the best things for them. Yesterday we spoke about how to set yourself up for success so that you can service the consumers needs. Monday was focused on not accepting no for an answer for the reason that you have taken on a consumer that depends on your experience and aptitude.

Yes you certainly can, but if you wait until the sale date is set, you might have to file chapter 13 bankruptcy to stop it. You will get a lot of answers here from sarcastic people saying “pay up your account”. But I realize that you wouldn’t be here asking this if you currently had the ability to get current on your mortgage payments. I feel bad for you and everyone else in your situation.
