gregg maul
Hello, welcome again to My Tucson Short Sale, the place we’re Arizona’s main short sale team. The subject today is can there be more than one purchaser on an offer? The reply to this question is yes and no. We’ve got sold short sales with four or 5 patrons, taking as many as 14 or 15 contracts, however not at the similar time. What occurs is in case you send in more than one contract for more than one buyer on a short sale, it can virtually at all times begin the short sale process over. This is why we take one contract on one short sale and we operate that contract with the bank.

sellers
Hello, I am John Sellers right here with ForeclosureSlayer.com, considered one of southern Oregon’s premiere short sale teams. The mortgage forgiveness act of 2007 is due to run out at the end of 2012. What that means is there has been a grace period since 2007 that if you let your home go to foreclosure or complete a short sale, what happens is the distinction between what you owe and what was forgiven will not be required to pay taxes on this amount. So for example you owed $300,000 they forgave $100,000 so it seems like you’ve got an revenue of $100,000 and you’d usually have to pay taxes on that amount.

modesto short sale
Thank you for visiting me; I’m Saul Carter with Other’s Realty, one of the leading real estate and short sale teams in Modesto. Today I wanted to talk to you about various real estate designations, which are essentially the different letters and abbreviations that realtors have behind their names.
As I have previously mentioned, we have recently finalized our 76th short sale. What is exciting about that is when you complete your 75th short sale transaction, you obtain a higher designation. As a realtor, there are plenty of opportunities for us to obtain different designations by going to workshops and taking educational classes. One of the key reasons I obtained my broker’s license is because it gave me a higher level of education over being a regular salesman.
