I am in need of foreclosure help. I want to stop foreclosure and I have been looking on line and found this product for $29.95. Has anyone used it? Is it worth while? How could it be so cheap?
I was forced to work part-time because of a tick bite and I was striken with Lyme dieaease. I didn’t think a small insect could do some much harm. Any way, my husband works 24/7, but that is not enough and now we might loose our home. We tried to talk with our mortage co., and we even tried for a hardship loan which was suggested by our own company. They told us NOT to pay our payments for a couple of months and that way it would look even better for the hard ship loan. Then they turned us down and now we are 4 months behind. Little did we know that, I guess some mortage co. will do that so you get behind and loose your house to them. That’s awful!! Anyway, if any one knows of someone that could help either stop the foreclosure (with no money down) or of another way to save our home I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
List it with a Realtor and price it to sell.
The answer to almost every question is: “Depends”
Look at www.NACA.com and see if they can help you.
this is a companay that assist customers that are facing forclosure. They talk with the lender about a HotSpot Card.
Which company did you use? What were the fees? What options did they offer? And most importantly did their services actually help?
Thank you for your personal testimonies!
My daughter is in a severe bind and I cannot help her financially. Can someone give me a phone number or email that can help me help her.
My husband is a self-employed lobster fisherman, and last year he injured his back and was unable to work for 3 months. During that time, we fell behind on all our payments, and have spent an extremely stressful year trying to get caught up. Our current mortgage lender has demanded all back payments in cash before they will accept anymore payments from us. We could not come up with that amount, so we are now facing foreclosure on our house. I go to these websites of mortgage lenders that say they specialize in stopping foreclosure, but every time I talk with them on the phone, they tell me that they can’t help. Is there any company out there, or private lenders that will help on a refinance for a foreclosure bailout? I’ve even looked into hard money lenders, but they all seem to be for corporate loans. We had great credit until this happened last year.
