I am in need of foreclosure help. I want to stop foreclosure and I have been looking on line and found this product for $29.95. Has anyone used it? Is it worth while? How could it be so cheap?

It’s probably some sort of self-help package, with forms and instructions.
If you want to try to stop the foreclosure on your own, you can do a lot worse than buying a product that will guide you through some of the steps.
Don’t expect magic from any product or source of foreclosure help, though. If you pay the $29.95, and then don’t do anything the guides or instructions advise, and you don’t save your home, it’s probably not the fault of the survival kit.
You could also probably find mostly similar documents for free in various sources online, as well. But that would take time to do the research, put together form letters and worksheets to match your situation, and would generally involve more work than just buying a kit.
It’s probably so cheap because you do all of the work. If you’re expecting them to hold your hand and contact the mortgage company for you after paying the $29.95, then that probably won’t happen. But if you’re willing to work on finding a solution on your own with their kit, then it’s probably worth it for you to buy and them to sell.
If the price isn’t high enough, they can raise it in the future. If it’s too high and no one is buying, they can lower it. The magic of the free market.
