how ? sell sell everything that is not blood related to you OK not the pets but everything of value goes or the house goes.
get 2 more jobs work untill you can’t then get up and work some more untill you are current and have 5- 8 months extra reserve cash.
put kids over 15 to work 20 -30 hr weeks teach them real world experience – no cash , no place to sleep.

Make a payment on them? My advice to you if you are in a desperate position is to sell one of them to make payments on the other. You are better off being bankrupt than having a foreclosure from a credit perspective

Re-finance and raise the rent. Talk to your lender ASAP.
