uh…first rule of a mortgage lender is that you be gainfully employed.
Till then….not happening under any plans.

Your credit is ruined after foreclosure. It will be near to impossible to get a mortgage loan approve to you even you have 20% down. Did you file for bankruptcy? If you did, then in 7 years you can’t own any property. If not yet, the bank can go after you for the remaining balance of the money you owe. I suggest you go find a job and rent a place until your credit reestablish again in 7 to 10 years.

In order to get a loan you’d need to show gainful employment OR have loads of money in the bank, so sorry. Why do you want a house if you cant pay for it?

You need money down and enough regular income to cover the mortgage (doesn’t meany you have a job, just have to have enough regular income).

  5. Age of Reason Says:

No. You cannot afford to own your own home unless you have a 20% down payment and a job.
